signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU)
with leading UAAP title contender Far Eastern
University in a deal that is expected to
boost their winning chances in their respective
leagues.

PBL coaches are now busy scouting for players
whom they could possibly pick for the 2009
Rookie Draft slated Oct. 2.
Feeling slighted with the
conditions imposed by the organizers, Harbour
Centre owner Mikee Romero yesterday announced
that he will no longer allow his five-time
PBL champion team to play in the Jones Cup
in Taiwan next month.
